Preston notified us when he was arriving, which was faster than I expected. That’s a good thing! Once here, he checked, our system, made a few adjustments, I made a couple suggestions to keep our AC unit running smoothly and efficiently. He was very friendly and quick to explain what he was doing.

Showed up to no heat call, found gas valve supplying 24 V but no gas coming through. Gas valve replacement warranted. Client stated that they also had an issue with their fireplace, but we later found out that that issue has been going on prior to this situation. Customer is requesting a technician who is familiar with fireplaces to come out and diagnose Issue. We also recommended that the client calls their gas company to ensure that their regulator is not froze up as a preventative measure.
