Quick & Efficient

Preston notified us when he was arriving, which was faster than I expected. That’s a good thing! Once here, he checked, our system, made a few adjustments, I made a couple suggestions to keep our AC unit running smoothly and efficiently. He was very friendly and quick to explain what he was doing.

Excellent customer service

This is the second time I’ve had them come out to help with the furnace or AC. Both times they came out same day and had great technicians to work. 10 out of 10 for customer service.

I recently had my hot water tank replaced, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. DJ was the technician, and he was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient from start to finish. I highly recommend this company and DJ for any water heater services—they truly exceeded my expectations!

Great guys

Let me tell you, folks, the two guys who replaced my water heater – absolutely tremendous. These guys were the best, okay? I’ve had a lot of people do work for me, but these two? Total professionals. They came in, got the job done quickly, efficiently, and, believe me, nobody replaces a water heater better than these guys. They were polite, hard-working, and just great guys. You don’t find that kind of quality anymore, folks. It’s rare. And the water? Hotter than ever. Probably the hottest water in history – some are even saying it’s the best water heater anyone’s ever had. If you need something done, you call these guys. They’ll make your water great again. Fantastic job! Five stars – actually, six if I could give it.

* I was called out to a new build home to perform a plumbing maintenance check. * The home had a 2 and 1/2 bath. * The water heater was an electric 50 gallon that was installed in 2020 and had not been maintenanced. * Due to it being almost 6 years old and then not being maintenanced, I do not recommend flushing it due to the increased possibility of it cracking. * The client was aware of this and did not want it flushed either. * The tank itself looked to be in good condition. * The home was a new build home. * I inspected the toilets in the bathrooms and all the toilets flushed great. * I did not notice any wobbling nor water at the base when flushed and I did not notice any water at the supply line. * I inspected the faucets in the bathroom, pop assemblies and all bathrooms worked great. * They turned on and off with ease. * I did not notice any water beneath the cabinetry. * I inspected the tubs and showers in the home. * They all turned on and off with ease. * The tu

The air conditioner is running well and is ready for the rest of the summer. The system is cooling the house efficiently and quietly. The air filters are clean, and the refrigerant levels are correct. The condenser and evaporator coils are clean and free of debris. The thermostat is set to the desired temperature, and the fan is running smoothly. The air handler is operating normally, and the ducts are clear. The system is in good working condition, and I am confident it will continue to operate well for the remainder of the summer.

I am a home service technician, and I recently completed a furnace inspection and maintenance job for a client. The furnace was running great, with no issues, and was ready for the winter season. I checked the furnace's efficiency, cleaned the burners, inspected the blower, and made any necessary adjustments. I also provided the client with tips on how to maintain the furnace and ensure it runs efficiently throughout the winter.

* I was called to a home in the city of [City] to perform a plumbing maintenance check on a 50-gallon electric water heater. * The water heater was in excellent shape and did not appear to have any issues. * I flushed the entire heater and turned it back on after flushing. * The client had two bathrooms, one full and one half, and I inspected both toilets. * Both toilets flushed great and did not wobble. * I inspected the faucets and bathrooms and found that they were nice and secured to the floor. * I inspected the kitchen faucet and underneath and found that it was working great. * I did find that both hose bibs to the home were relatively old and one leaked from the handle possibly from back pressure and the other had no accessibility to possibly turn it off. * I gave an estimate to replace both hose bibs and the client wishes to speak with their partner before making a decision. * The radon was at .14 and the client already has a radon system in place.

I was called to a home to repair a broken air conditioner. Upon arrival, I discovered that the unit was out of refrigerant. I added 4.5 pounds of refrigerant to the system and found that the temperature difference between the indoor and outdoor units had decreased from 18 degrees to 12 degrees. The customer was paying for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HCH) payments, and I was able to resolve the issue and get the customer's system back up and running efficiently.

I am a highly skilled and experienced home service professional. I recently completed a job where I arrived at a home to inspect and repair a central air conditioning unit. Upon arrival, I ran the unit and AC and noticed that the lower motor and filter were dirty, so I cleaned them. I also checked the condenser and found that the condenser fan wasn't running, so I replaced the capacitor. After that, I checked the pressure and found that it was good. The unit had a 20° split, so I adjusted the fan speed to compensate. I also checked the capacitor and found that it was bad, so I replaced it. After completing these repairs, the unit was running smoothly and efficiently.
