I am a skilled professional that works for a Dor-Mar Heating & Air Conditioning company. I was called out to a client's home to inspect a water heater that was leaking. Upon inspection, I noticed that the cold intake nipple had corroded and broken off. I replaced the nipple with a new one and a new brass tee and expansion tank. I waited a little longer to inspect it to ensure we did not have any water come up and leak. I turned the water heaters back on before I left. The client will have hot water within the hour. We are good to go.
I am a highly skilled home service professional. I recently completed a furnace maintenance job for a client. I emailed the client an estimate for radon mitigation.
I arrived at the customer's home to perform a routine maintenance check on their air conditioning unit. I ran the unit in AC mode to check for a temperature split, checked the amps and ohms of both the indoor and outdoor units, checked the wiring, checked the pressures on the outside unit, performed a radon test, and sprayed off the coil.
