Water heater flushed good, no issues, ready for the winter
QUOTE TO REPLACE EXPANSION TANKS (2) FOR WATER HEATER.
No failing parts on the 2017 Bryant high efficient up flow furnace. Cleaned the flame sensor, vacuumed blower & inducer cabinets, both motors amp draws are in spec along with ohms on the igniter. The order of operations happened in the proper sequence and the system is operating optimally with a clean filter. Advising air quality improvement options such as a humidifier or Ultra Violet air purifier.
Tested unit. Elements are both working. Control is shutting broil off at 180 degrees, in specs. Averaged temperatures. Temps average at 345 degrees when set at 350. Unable to get unit into diagnose mode to adjust calibration. Advised will need new control to get perfect. Board is NLA. Advised to set temperature 5 degrees higher for more accurate temps. Installed Water Lanel 35 while on site
Furnace operating properly, amps for both motors in spec, flame sensor is clean, ducts were clean, new filter put in, new uv bulb put in, didn’t have humidifier pad, please send me back out with a stock #35 pad or send Zack with it at oven maintenance. Customer requested a call from Zack to look at the oven.
