Performed ac maintenance. Completed maintenance checklists.
Water heater maintenance flush. Radon tested up to 5.15 pc/L
Ac maintenance. Asked if there were any concerns. Checked condition of furnace filter and evaporator coil. Took reading of blower amp draw. Checked for clean condenser coil outside to ensure proper airflow. Checked electrical on condenser for any burnt or loose wires. Checked mfd readings on capacitor. Made sure refrigerant pressures read correctly.
Took unit apart and found the grey wire loom was not connected in the control board. Fixed wiring system up and running job complete
Need to return to install and run Thermopan to connect the new return grill to the Trunk line

Hybrid electric needs replaced. Wants to go standard electric cheapest possible. Writing up estimates for water heater replacement w/ Jordan
Cabled main sewer line did not get open. Ran all cable out of machine. Possibly collapsed. Needs camera inspected and located and possible two way clean out installed. Likely collapsed. Also trailer is piped in backwards and drains to opposite end of where city sewer main is so needs repipe.
Provided an estimate for repairs and replacement,
Found torn wires in wire harness. Will need new harness. I am unable to diagnose further without proper voltage to parts. There may be more issues after repair. Unable to return harness once it is installed and refund. Unit does not have enough electric line to pull out and diagnose, will need to add wire as part of repair. Declined estimate
