I am a professional HVAC technician with Dor-Mar Heating & Air Conditioning. I was assigned to sell an air conditioner to a customer who had been experiencing issues with their current unit. I worked with the customer to determine their needs and preferences and presented them with several options that would meet their requirements. After discussing the options, the customer decided to purchase the air conditioner, and I completed the installation the following day. The customer was very satisfied with the new unit and expressed gratitude for my assistance.
Changed filters cleaned condenser coils replaced belts both filters and belts customer supplied. Checked pressures swapped economizer filters gave dirty ones to customer
Customer bought new system to be installed tomorrow afternoon paid half down with credit card paying the other half with cash
Customer stated airflow upstairs isn’t coming out of registers. Would like to have ductwork replaced to get better airflow. Took pictures as best as I could. Will possibly have to come back out to get proper estimate.
Cleaned flame rods in tankless water heater and flush unit.
