Unit was completely empty of charge. Added 6.5 lbs of 410a. System is up and running
Thermostat batteries died customer said she replaced them but the display still said off. Hit reset button on thermostat and it started working like normal.
completed successfully. The refrigerant levels were spot on, ensuring optimal cooling performance. The capacitor tested within ideal range, and all other electrical components, including relays and contactors, were inspected and found to be in excellent condition. The unit is running efficiently and ready for the season.
Long fill error stored. Found the cold water was not getting to unit. Took hose off and cleaned screen in valve. Unit is filling and draining. Motor tests good. Advised if issue happens again they will need quoted to replace water valve assembly
Completed sc maintenance system is running properly next time we come out we need to bring 18x24x4 filters 4 of them
