Pressure looked good on arrival temp drop was only 12°. Blower speed was set for 1600 cfm. Adjusted blower for 1100 cfm and rested temp drop is now at 16°. No other issues found.
NEED CHRIS O TO RETURN TO REPLACE THE TXV AND REFRIGERANT FOR HEAT PUMP AND INDOOR COIL. PARTS AND LABOR ARE UNDER WARRANTY. REPLACE THE REFRIGERANT AND VAC UNIT DOWN FOR NEW REFRIGERANT.

Adjusted mixing valve to a non scolding temp. Everything is in working order.
Installed new air handler. Vacuumed and charged system. To cold to check that it is correct.
