See my response on Seth for Aaron's survey. I mixed them up. Seth did a great job with the hot water tank. He explained the reasons why it needed to be flushed.
He seemed knowledgeable and respectful. He took functional readings, explained them to me, and sprayed the screen to clear any dust and cool it down. He kept trying to convince me to purchase a new unit since mine was so old. I finally told him we were on Social Security and didn't have extra money to replace a unit that's been working fine so far. He didn't open the back and check wire connections.
Great job on installing new components worked until they completed the project.
Service tech was very knowledgeable and explained things very well.
Very knowledgeable and helpful. Provided good information and recommendations.
I was called to a home to replace a stolen outdoor disconnect. I tested the new one to ensure it was working properly. Everything looked great, and I put it in the parts form for the new disconnect.
I was called to a home to fix an air conditioning unit that was not cooling. Upon arrival, I found that the disconnect had been pulled again. The air conditioning unit was not cooling because the disconnect was not properly connected. I recommended that the customer put a padlock on the disconnect to prevent it from being pulled again.
I am a highly skilled and experienced home service professional. I recently completed a job where I performed a combustion test and found that the furnace was 30 years old. I informed the customer that they would need to replace it. I also disconnected the gas valve to ensure safety.
I am a highly skilled home service professional who specializes in air conditioning repair and installation. I received a call from a customer who had purchased an AC unit from a local retailer but was having issues with it. The customer had attempted to diagnose the problem himself but was unable to do so. I arrived at the customer's home and diagnosed the issue as a faulty compressor. The compressor was replaced, and the AC unit was working properly again. The customer was very satisfied with the service and paid for the service call with a credit card. I am proud of the work I performed and take great pride in providing excellent customer service. I am always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that my customers are satisfied with the work I perform.
I was called to a home to repair a low voltage line that had been accidentally cut. Upon arrival, I found that the customer had pulled a new wire and spliced it in the basement. I tested the system and everything looked great.
AC had a bad capacitor, replaced part, running great
Ac should be replaced soon due to age.
Unit had bad capacitor system is from 2012. Got it running and sent payment link.
Switched bulbs. Took the socket off and bent the positive tab back to place so it makes good contact.
Replaced isolation valve for outside faucet and boiler drain for outside faucet. Need to call the owner for payment.
Completed ac is very old but still cooling ok. Pressure are on low side from a refrigerant leak. Recommended replacing equipment soon
Showed up to perform diagnostic on down call, previous company came out twice and could not figure out issue, it was a low-voltage issue of poor wiring of wires to the contactor, felt refrigerant lines. Terrible temperature split, 6° of temperature split, called phone number. Talk to Gene, spoke with her about different options, spoke with home warranty company, wanted an estimate on a new AC, and a new whole system, sent over estimate, Jean said she would figure out what they want to do and get back with us. Client was cooling to the best of their ability as I left.
Unit is freezing up.. Opened 4 supply vents on lower level. Good pressures, temp split, high fan speed, new filter, outdoor unit needs hosed my hose isn’t long enough, but other than vents being closed, I don’t know why it’s freezing. Told property manager we can start by opening the vents & keep an eye on it. Need to collect no card on file
