Your employee was here to flush my hot water heater per my maintenance contract but extreme corrosion prevented them from doing it. Although they weren’t able to accomplish this , they were extremely informative, including options for purchase of a new unit and financing Extremely helpful and I was not pressured to purchase anything

Ac is running great. Customer had an issue with the attic continously running. Stat on fan was set at 90° i bumped it up to 110°
We did an ac maintenance in Millersport Ohio
April air thermostat was froze and needed reset. Tested system both heating and cooling working. Recommended replacing the thermostat if this happens again.
Uninstall disposal to get broken glass out and reinstall. Replaced Delta cartridge and seats and springs in shower
Tripped breaker on arrival. Started up current was highat 95amps. Installed a hard start and brought down to 55amps. Cleaned outdoor condenser coil and tested cooling is working great.
System working on arrival. Unable to find any issues. Heat/cool and emergency working fine. Air flow is weak recommend having the trunk lines and jumpers inspected.
Bird got in to the power vent inducer motor and there was a nest in the 3 inch vent pipe system is up and running

Hot water tank flushed completed. No issues with plumbing
Hot water tank flushed. Found an issue with flue gasses rolling back into the basement. Tank vents through the band board and doesn't have enough rise to create a proper draft due to a window located directlyabove. Recommended she replace it with a an electric or power vent tank.
