I replaced a tankless water heater for a customer today. The old unit was over 15 years old and had been experiencing frequent issues. I replaced it with a new, high-efficiency model that will provide the customer with hot water on demand. The installation was completed quickly and efficiently, and the customer was very satisfied with the results.

I was called to a home to fix a broken evap condensation drain pan. The pan was causing a leak in the home. I found the pan was broken and needed to be replaced. I ordered the new pan and installed it. The customer was happy with the work and paid me for the service.
I am a skilled professional that works for a Dor-Mar Heating & Air Conditioning company. I was called to a customer's home to repair a leak in their air conditioning system. Upon arrival, I found that the evaporator coil was leaking water due to a missing screw in the divider plate. I replaced the divider plate and secured the screws, which fixed the leak. I also noticed that the drain pan was missing, so I installed a new drain pan and ensured that it was draining properly. The customer was very satisfied with the repair, and I was able to resolve the issue quickly and efficiently.
I was called to a home to repair a GE appliance. Upon arrival, I discovered that the customer had been told by GE to scrap the unit. I explained to the customer that GE was mistaken and that I could repair the appliance. I replaced the faulty part and the appliance was working properly again. The customer was very grateful and thanked me for my help.
Performed routine maintenance on air conditioning system, checked indoor airflow to be good, blower amps to be good blower capacitor to be good, indoor temp was OK, checked outdoor, found that refrigerant levels were slightly off, and capacitor was slightly out of specification, client opted for reactive approach, Collect payment for SMP
This has nothing to do with the install. There is a hole in the roof and some nails sticking out of the shingles. Customer is going to get the roof patched. Job complete
