Diagnosed bad gas valve: Told customer this is a nonviable repair & to call us with further questions about potentially putting in another heat source. Took off charges for gas valve & bringing it back
Installed gas valve and had 24 volts to it but it wasn’t opening. Returned gas valve to Jarod
I was called to a home to repair a gas furnace that was not heating. Upon arrival, I found that the unit was not getting 24 volts to the gas valve. I replaced the gas valve and the furnace started working again. I then put in a parts order form for the new gas valve.
Arrived at the customer's home to perform gas furnace maintenance. I completed the checklist, including checking the thermostat, gas pressure, and combustion analysis. I also cleaned the burners, inspected the heat exchanger, and tested the ignition system. I replaced the air filter and checked the electrical connections. I tested the thermostat and adjusted the temperature as needed. I also provided the customer with tips on how to maintain their furnace and answered any questions they had.
I worked as a home service technician for a company that provides repair and maintenance services. One of the tasks I completed was to order new rail slides for a customer's home. The customer had requested rail slides to be installed on their stairs to provide safety and accessibility. I started by measuring the stairs and determining the appropriate size and type of rail slides needed. I then placed the order with the manufacturer and waited for the slides to arrive. Once they arrived, I installed the rail slides according to the manufacturer's instructions. During the installation process, I made sure to follow all safety guidelines and ensure that the rail slides were securely attached to the stairs. I also tested the rail slides to make sure they were functioning properly. Once the rail slides were installed, the customer was very pleased with the results. They were able to use their stairs with greater ease and safety.
Shorted user interface error stored. Tried cleaning contacts in board. Still throwing code, part is NLA. Called warranty and advised, they will put into part research and determine if replacement is necessary
POF hwt gas control valve & pilot assembly
Water came on after install and control shorted. Arranging out valve and control
Us had fallen out of ductwork. Retyped it back up to existing duct board return.

Unit will power on now, will not fill. Possibly from sitting for so long. Needs new water valve.
