JT is a great guy, and Dor Mar has been very responsive, but JT has replace my condensation line and tried to rectify my problem. The last fix lasted a month and a half. I was told I wouldn’t be charged for his visit and could call how m back any time until he figures it out. I was then hit with a charge from Dor Mar today. They said the charge was due to me requesting someone to come out on a Sunday. I explained to them I was having surgery Monday morning and needed the AC fixed because I would be recovering in the condo. And JT told me I would not receive any charges. Unfortunately, I am going to have to look for another company.

System had a clogged drain - cleared Gasket on drain pan was cracked causing safety to NOT trip. I fixed the gasket and got little water out of pan. Put a bottle of water down drain to make sure it was clear. System is cooling

I am a highly skilled and experienced home service professional. I recently completed a job at a residential property where I cleared drains, checked wiring, and checked motors. The systems were cooling completely, and the customer reported hearing a noise from the bedroom unit. I investigated and found that the noise was coming from refrigeration in the lines when the system started. I checked the system and found that it was not making any noise while it was running. I also checked the electrical connections and found that they were all secure. The customer was satisfied with the work and thanked me for my help.
A/C service for a non-working Rheem unit on Sheffield Ave in Marco Island Florida
I was called to a home to repair a unit that had a dead getgo around the down button on the control board. Upon inspection, I found that the system was running. I checked the wiring and found that the button was not making contact with the control board. I replaced the button and tested the system. The unit was now working properly.
I am a highly skilled and experienced home service professional. I recently completed a job installing a new condensing coil, line dryer, and 6.25lbs of refrigerant. The Rheem warranty will cover the $1500.00 coil but does not cover labor, line dryer, or refrigerant. I installed the new coil and compressor and will return the parts for warranty when I get a chance.
I was dispatched to a customer's home to replace a faulty air conditioning unit. Upon arrival, I found that the system was low on refrigerant, which is a common issue. I contacted the customer and explained the situation, and they agreed to have a technician from their HVAC company come out to inspect the unit. I also contacted the HVAC company and informed them of the situation. I will follow up with the customer to ensure that the issue has been resolved and that they are satisfied with the work performed.
