We have had a great experience with your whole company. Right from the start with the ladies I spoke with on the phone, then with Willy our guy that checked out our system and last but bit least Doug that installed our new air conditioner. Doug was very polite and knowledgeable about our system. The temperature last weekend was in the 90s and we knew something was wrong. This week we are in the 90s and get higher tomorrow with a heat index over 100. I called Dor-Mar on a Monday morning and they were at my house by 4:00 pm and unfortunately it could not be repaired and by 9:00 am Tuesday the next day they were here installing my new air conditioning unit. Thank Dor-Mar!

I arrived at the customer's home to diagnose a problem with their air conditioning system. I found that the airflow was not working properly due to a blockage in the vents. I opened the vents and found that the unit was working properly.
I arrived at the customer's house and checked the power supply to the unit. The power supply was 120 V, which was within the acceptable range. I then checked the power supply coming out of the transformer and found that it was 24 V, which was also within the acceptable range. I checked the Preston door switch and found that it was working properly. I then ran the unit and the heat, and the unit was working properly. I watched the unit run for 20 minutes to ensure that it was operating correctly. I also checked the unit's performance and found that it was operating as expected.
I scheduled a down furnace call for the customer gas furnace in their Galloway, Ohio home.

I arrived at the client's home to perform a routine maintenance check on their heating and cooling system. Upon arrival, I ran the unit in heat mode to ensure it was operating correctly. The unit stayed on and checked the operations, and the gas valve was at 2.6, which I turned to 3.1. The unit had a temperature of 133 degrees coming from the furnace. I noticed that the unit was not turning off, so I checked the thermostat and found that it was set to "auto" mode. I reset the thermostat to "on" mode and the unit turned off as expected. I also checked the air filter and found that it was dirty, so I replaced it with a new one. After completing the maintenance check, I tested the unit again to ensure it was operating properly. The unit was running smoothly and efficiently, and the temperature was within the desired range. The client was satisfied with the service and thanked me for my help.

* I was called out to a home for a plumbing maintenance. * The client had one full bath in the home. * The water heater was a 50-gallon electric brand new. * The client was on a well. * I flushed the water heater, turned it off on the breaker box. Everything was in good condition. * I inspected the bathroom in the home. The laboratory faucet was extremely difficult to turn on and off. The client had recently installed a softener but still had hard water. * I attempted to flush the toilet. The toilet flushed gray. I did not notice any leaks at the base of the toilet or at the supply line. However, I did notice the toilet moved when I attempted to wobble it. * The shower to the bathroom turned on and off but the handle was extremely stiff. * The radon read at 11.3. I informed the client of radon and what to expect.
I was called to a home in the suburbs to repair a mini split system. The customer reported that the condensate line for the head unit in the master bedroom was blowing air instead of water. I arrived at the house and found the issue. The condensate line had been blown off the unit and was laying on the ground. I repaired the line and tested the system to ensure it was working properly. The customer was very satisfied with the work and thanked me for my help.
I was called to a home to repair a switch that had broken loose from the cabinet and was not able to turn on safely. Upon inspection, I found that the switch had a faulty connection and needed to be replaced with a new 3-way infinite switch. I removed the old switch and installed the new one, ensuring that it was securely fastened and properly connected. I then tested the switch to make sure it was working correctly before cleaning up the area and leaving the customer satisfied with the repair.
