We have had a great experience with your whole company. Right from the start with the ladies I spoke with on the phone, then with Willy our guy that checked out our system and last but bit least Doug that installed our new air conditioner. Doug was very polite and knowledgeable about our system. The temperature last weekend was in the 90s and we knew something was wrong. This week we are in the 90s and get higher tomorrow with a heat index over 100. I called Dor-Mar on a Monday morning and they were at my house by 4:00 pm and unfortunately it could not be repaired and by 9:00 am Tuesday the next day they were here installing my new air conditioning unit. Thank Dor-Mar!

Came on a Saturday did some troubke shooting an found that wiring to my new system was wrong an fixed it.
Really friendly and hardworking. Fixed the issue in a timely manner within an hour or less.

I arrived at the customer's home to diagnose a problem with their air conditioner. Upon inspection, I discovered that the capacitor was bad and needed to be replaced. I replaced the capacitor and the fan started working again. The customer was very happy with the service and thanked me for my help.
Ac maintenance everything checked out good
Arrived, went to furnace and found drain was clogged, cleared drain and unit started draining properly, water stopped leaking from back of a coil
Arrive, ran unit and AC and checked for a temperature split, checked amps and ohms on both units, checked wiring, checked pressures on outside unit, sprayed off coil,
Arrived, found water draining down and inside of mini split, checked and sprayed out drain line, pour 2 cups of water into drain pan, unit one is draining fine after spraying out drain line
NEED PRESTON TO RETURN TO REPLACE THE CONDENSING FAN MOTOR FOR A/C UNIT. COLLECT PAYMENT WHEN COMPLETE.
Unit not cooling. Customer turned unit on and I could hear compressor try to run but not start. Checked mfd reading on capacitor and found it to be out of spec. Replaced capacitor and u it ran. Checked pressures and everything looked good
Customer didn’t seem too concerned with high radon reading.. Told him to do his own research with his number in mind & sent quote to his email. Worth follow up call to see if he’d looked into it
Performed plumbing maintenance. Completed maintenance checklists.
Customer stated thermostat would shut off and reboot randomly. Checked low voltage wires. Tightened low voltage wires going into circuit board. Took thermostat off and found the g and r terminal broken on thermostat back plate. Customer is getting with person who installed thermostat to take care of back plate. Everything else checked out.
Heating maintenance. Checked operation of system. Asked if there were any concerns. Checked filter. Checked amps on heat strips. Looked for any burnt or loose wires. System was operating properly
Plumbing maintenance. Asked if there were any plumbing concerns. Checked for any leaks. Drained sediment out of tank.
Avoiding flush again today, advised saving for new. Explained the health hazards.
