Returned to resolve an issue with previously installed tub spout that failed to adhere properly to wall. Found spout approximately 2.5 inches from wall with significant leakage due to failed caulking and an improperly pressed coupling. Completely re-piped line from valve to spout, secured spout to wall with proper sealing, and tightened handle assembly to ensure proper function.
