Responded to no heat complaint on older dual-boiler system. Identified mechanical failure where boiler attempted to fire but couldn't maintain operation due to broken coupling on Bell and Gossett pump. Replaced coupling, cleaned and lubricated pump shaft and impeller assembly, then verified full system operation through multiple heating cycles.
