System operating safely with proper gas pressure, good electrical connections, and clean filter. Maintenance included cleaning flame sensor, verifying ignitor operation, and checking amp draws on inducer and blower motors. Condensation drains clear; noted some rusting but heat exchanger appears intact. Observed significant water discharge from adjacent water heater.
