Performed annual tune-up on three Lennox furnaces and six mini-split systems. Serviced furnaces including flame sensor cleaning, condensate drain inspection, heat exchanger evaluation, and operational testing with temperature rise verification. Inspected mini-split outdoor units, removed mouse nesting material from two units (no wire damage), and verified proper operation of all indoor heads. All systems functioning within specifications.
