Performed comprehensive furnace tune-up on 20-year-old Heil unit. Inspected heat exchanger which showed concerning areas but no compromises detected. Identified blower wheel with excessive play and capacitor reading 7.1μF (below 10μF specification). Removed blower assembly to inspect secondary heat exchanger, finding no leaks. System operated normally during 20-minute test run with 45°F temperature rise. Recommended Furnace Replacement Program due to age and component condition.
