Performed comprehensive maintenance tune-up on 26-year-old York gas furnace. Inspected heat exchanger and found it to be in operational condition. System is functioning properly despite age, though various parts have been replaced over the lifetime of the unit. Customer advised of unit's age but indicated no interest in system replacement at this time.
