Performed maintenance tune-up on 9-year-old Daikin high-efficiency furnace, completing all standard mechanical checks and filter inspection. Discovered leaking inducer draft motor during evaluation, which was shown to customer. Recommended replacement of the inducer draft motor, and customer will discuss repair options.
