Inspected customer's recently installed furnace and identified improperly aligned filter rack causing air filter to sit at an angle, preventing proper installation of the access cover. Attempted adjustment of existing components but determined that the elbow and filter rack require replacement. Documented the issue with photos and advised customer that a follow-up service appointment will be scheduled to properly resolve the installation defect.
