Completed maintenance check on aging furnace with unknown FRP. Discovered secondary heat exchanger beginning to leak, along with dirt buildup on heat exchanger tubes and a clogged filter. Temperature readings measured at 59/70.2. System still maintaining acceptable CO levels, but secondary heat exchanger was replaced due to age and early stage leak detection to prevent future failure.
