I recently completed a comprehensive installation for a residential air conditioning system. The project involved running a 7/8-inch line set over a distance of 50 feet, ensuring it was properly hidden for aesthetic purposes. I mounted an aluminum bracket to the house to securely hold the line set. The system operates with 3-4 pounds of 410a refrigerant, and I used 7/8-inch and 3/8-inch copper fittings to ensure durability and efficiency. Additionally, I installed a line dryer to prevent moisture from entering the system, enhancing its longevity and performance. The installation was completed with precision, adhering to all industry standards and best practices.
