I replaced the gas line from the meter to the furnace using black iron gas pipe, ensuring compliance with NFPA 54. The existing piping was not code-compliant and contained street fittings, which are prohibited in commercial gas lines. A stub-out was installed for future gas appliances. All work was completed as per the approved estimate, covering all materials and labor.
