Performed furnace safety inspection on 16-year-old Bryant system. Conducted comprehensive flue gas analysis with readings of 95.4% efficiency, 4ppm CO, and appropriate stack temperatures. Inspection revealed compromised secondary heat exchanger, which is a known issue with this model. Documented condition with photos and informed customer of findings, but customer declined replacement options.
