Responded to customer complaint regarding vibration and noise when water softener power vent activates. Identified PVC 90-degree fitting pressing against ductwork, causing vibrations to transfer throughout the residence. Installed rubber shims between the fitting and ductwork, significantly reducing vibration transfer. Customer confirmed satisfaction with the resolution.
