Responded to no heat complaint for aging fan coil boiler system. Upon inspection, determined that all components are functioning correctly, but unit is unable to maintain desired temperature (currently reading 66°F) due to poor thermal envelope. Identified that supply vents are positioned adjacent to drafty window and glass sliding door, causing significant cold air infiltration that reduces heating efficiency. Advised customer that system limitations cannot be overcome without addressing building envelope issues.
