Conducted diagnostic assessment of leaking bathroom tub faucet and binding kitchen faucet. Removed kitchen faucet handle to evaluate internal mechanism and inspected bathtub drain assembly and spout connection. Provided customer with replacement options for both fixtures, noting the bathroom repair would require removal of the Lazy Susan and cutting access through the back for proper installation. Customer will review estimates and schedule installation service at a later date.
