Identified and corrected heat pump error code 351 on recently installed Lennox WT unit which was not providing heat. Diagnosis revealed the heat pump jumper on the air handler board was not cut during installation, preventing the system from properly engaging electric heating. Cut the required jumper, then programmed thermostat balance points to ensure proper operation of electric heating with appropriate staging.
