Responded to service call for toilet leaking from base. Diagnosed failed wax ring seal. Properly shut off water supply, disconnected toilet, removed old wax ring, and installed new wax ring seal. Reset toilet with proper alignment, reconnected water supply line, and tested for proper function and absence of leaks.
