Responded to service call regarding inoperable humidifier that was installed 4 months ago. Diagnosed issue with damper not opening due to an obstructive screw in the bypass duct. Replaced screws, verified proper damper operation, and confirmed water flow by cycling the unit from the humidistat. Set humidistat to 30% and properly remounted bypass to humidifier.
