Diagnosed inoperative furnace showing inducer operation but unlit status lights. Found control board relay was buzzing loudly with failing contacts. Temporarily restored operation by tapping relays, but recommended replacement of the control board due to faulty relay. Customer informed that system replacement would be more cost-effective given the unit's age (15 years) and recent repair history. Photos documented the Emerson circuit board with failing Zettler relays and burner assembly inspection.
