Responded to no heat complaint on recently installed unit. Diagnosed low pressure lockout due to pressure switch failure (error code 255). Determined water accumulation in exhaust venting crossing over finished ceiling and under four seasons room is preventing proper operation of second stage heating. Temporary repairs unsuccessful; recommended return visit with additional assistance to access and re-pitch exhaust pipe requiring removal of plywood sheeting from floor outside the four seasons room.
