Responded to service call regarding water leakage from Lennox furnace. Diagnosed cracked collector box at the threaded drain connection point. Applied temporary repair with additional thread tape to minimize leaking until parts arrived. Upon return visit, removed damaged collector box, installed new replacement unit, reconnected condensate trap, and verified system operation. Confirmed no further leaks and proper furnace function after repair.
