Conducted routine maintenance on 7-year-old LP Lennox furnace, including cleaning flame sensor, verifying proper condensate drainage, and inspecting heat exchanger. System started properly with 50° temperature rise; noted recently replaced burners (4-5 years ago) were clean and all electrical components checked out during inspection. Visual examination revealed some deterioration of pipe surface and potential corrosion around heat exchanger opening.
