Inspected property for reported water leak and identified a worn-through cast-iron main pipe leading to septic system. Further examination revealed multiple additional leaks in overhead copper piping, with visible oxidation forming green patina on several copper lines. Due to extent of damage throughout the plumbing system, scheduled follow-up for comprehensive assessment and estimate for complete system re-pipe.
