Performed semi-annual FRP Furnace Tune Up on 12-42 year-old unit. Tested and confirmed gas train pressure at 9.32 inWC, cleaned condensate drain line and trap to remove debris and spiderwebbing, and verified CO levels at 15 ppm. Inspected and confirmed proper operation of inducer motor, capacitor, pressure switch, control board connections, and thermostat. Replaced moderately soiled return air filter with new one. Furnace is operating within normal parameters with no immediate concerns identified.
