Responded to no-heat service call, found blower motor completely seized with significant oxidation and corrosion. Inspection revealed large cracks in multiple heat exchanger cells, including through the high limit and on the far right cell. Due to critical safety concerns with the compromised heat exchanger, scheduled emergency replacement service for the following day.
