Responded to customer complaint of squealing noise from a recently installed furnace. Performed diagnostic run test for 40 minutes but could not replicate the reported issue. System was functioning normally, though slight vibration was noted possibly due to the unit being hung from floor joists, which may cause intermittent duct noise. Thermostat settings and operation were verified normal. Customer advised to contact us if noise reoccurs.
