Responded to no-heat service call for older fuel oil furnace (10+ years). Upon arrival, found unit disassembled by customer with broken porcelain on electrodes. Conducted assessment and completed parts order form for electrodes, recommending replacement of ignitor and nozzle along with a complete tune-up. Customer was advised of service recommendations and parts availability limitations due to system age.
