Responded to no-heat call for 15-year-old LP furnace with symptoms of failure to ignite and blower continuing to run. Diagnosed tripped rollout switch and observed oversized flames between burners. Extracted burners for cleaning, adjusted inter-burner spacing, and inspected heat exchanger which showed no concerning conditions. Upon reassembly and restart, furnace operated normally with proper ignition and heating cycles.
