Responded to no heat complaint for mini-split system in detached garage suite. Inspected Pioneer brand unit purchased from retail outlet. Diagnostic testing revealed complete loss of refrigerant in system. Customer was advised that this non-professional grade equipment was not serviceable by our company, and recommendations were provided for replacement with commercial-grade Mitsubishi system. Customer will consider options and follow up regarding potential replacement.
