Responded to service call for non-operational boiler serving in-floor heating system. Diagnosed issue with year-old unit that was installed by another contractor. Determined boiler was left in standby mode rather than operation mode. Adjusted controller settings to proper operation mode, which resolved the issue completely. System now functioning correctly with all components operating as designed. Installation workmanship appears satisfactory.
