Responded to customer call regarding water softener leak. Upon inspection of residential water treatment system (water softener with digital control head, pressure tank, and filtration unit), no active leaks were observed. System was tested but leak issue could not be reproduced during service visit. Visual inspection showed components in good working condition with proper copper piping connections.
