Responded to No Heat call for two-zone boiler system. Diagnosed flame sensing issue; cleaned igniter which restored normal operation. Found rusty pump flange fittings and leaking backflow preventer dripping onto pressure switch and control board. Temporarily isolated backflow preventer to stop leakage. System functioning at time of departure, but requires replacement of backflow preventer, pump flanges, and potentially the circulation pump.
