Arrived to perform scheduled baseboard heating repair but discovered incompatibility between the supplied thermostatic head and existing valve. The threaded replacement part cannot be installed on the customer's clamping-style valve that lacks threads. Documented condition with photographs and ordered correct thermostatic valve control. Will return to complete installation once appropriate replacement part is received.
