Completed furnace tune-up on 20-year-old system. During inspection, identified severely corroded secondary heat exchanger tubes with active leakage. Visual inspection findings were shared with customer using camera. Equipment was tagged out and shutdown for safety, and scheduled follow-up appointment with service advisor for replacement options.
