I am a highly skilled home service professional. I arrived at the customer's home and performed a thorough inspection of their air conditioning unit. I ran the unit and AC to check for a temperature split, checked the amps and ohms, checked the wiring, and checked the pressures on the outside unit. I also performed a radon test to ensure the safety of the home.

Pulled blower and completely reset it and still rattling. Adjusted blower speed and changed air filter. Rattle went away.
Warranty: NEED TREVON TO RETURN TO REPLACE THE BLOWER MOTOR AND BLOWER WHEEL FOR FURNACE. MOTOR AND WHEEL ARE UNDER WARRANTY. COLLECT PAYMENT FOR LABOR AND WARRANTY PROCESS FEE WHEN COMPLETE.
Need to send Trevon back to install nlower motor and blower wheel this should’ve been ordered the last time we was out
Blower motor was making noise. Found wheel to be loose on shaft and rubbing against housing. Fixed wheel alignment and used screws to mount housing back to furnace. System is up and running. Shaft looked a little worn out. Let customer know if noise happens again for some reason we will have to order new blower motor. Attached model and serial to job.
