Customer changed batteries in thermostat and didn’t know to hit reset button. Reset thermostat system is functioning properly.
This was a down furnace call system went out on high limit due to really dirty filter..I replaced filter and collected payment
Boiler is old as of right now is functioning properly. Customer plans on putting heat strips in his air handler once the boiler fails.
10 year old Rheem, hot water tank needs new gas valve and pilot assembly. Also send estimate to replace.
