I am a home service technician, and I was assigned to complete a portal-related task. I had to wait for approval from Old Republic to proceed with the estimates.
I was called to a home with no heat. Upon arrival, I found that the furnace blower motor was overheating and hitting thermal. I verified the heat exchanger integrity and performed combustion analysis. The client was aware that the furnace was on its last leg and was prepared for a replacement.
I was a highly skilled home service professional who was called to a customer's home to perform a specific task. When I arrived, I found that the customer wasn't home and had not answered my calls.
