I am a professional HVAC technician with Dor-Mar Heating & Air Conditioning. I was called to a customer's home to check their heating system. I arrived and found that the furnace was not working. I diagnosed the issue as a faulty thermostat. I replaced the thermostat and tested the system. The furnace was now working properly. I also checked the air filters and found that they were dirty. I cleaned the air filters and tested the system again. The air filters were now clean. The customer was happy with the service and thanked me for my help.
I was dispatched to a customer's home to repair a heating and air conditioning unit. I arrived on-site and found that the unit was not working properly. I diagnosed the issue and determined that the unit needed to be replaced. I ordered the replacement unit and returned to the customer's home to install it. I also repaired the ductwork that was damaged during the installation process.
The expansion tank busted, cut out and capped. No expansion tank needed for submersible system.
This price is to replace pressure tank and tee. Customer will supply pressure. Pressure will supply tank tee and higher pressure switch. Customer will supply check valve as well. We will also inspect venting to find where air is getting trapped. This price is good for Monday through Friday 8 AM to 4 PM.
Spoke to customer upon arrival. Expressed concern about having low water pressure. Found well was in perfect condition. Found pressure tank good. Found pressure switch at a 3050 switch holding pressure about 35 to 40 psi. Everything is working perfectly at this time. Customer wants to bump up water pressure gave options for us buying everything in for them to buy everything. Customer went ahead with estimate. Will call us when parts is in. Customer paid with card
