After my initial inspection, I determined that the filter was too thick for the unit. Customer replaced it with a thinner filter. Unit was overheating with filter and was not without after changing filter. Unit was working properly pressure relief valve for the hot water tank is leaking. need to put a new pressure relief valve on I have placed an order form for that.

customer was wanting softener and iron filter including salt for $75 a month to price match hauge. we can not do both units at that cost.
Everything is working great customer is interested in getting new thermostat programmable one but he will call in and let us know when he’s ready
