I was called to a home to perform an HVACI inspection on two systems. The customer was not present, so I had to wait until they returned. While I was waiting, I noticed some mold in the basement. I informed the customer and recommended that they have it removed before continuing with the inspection.
System was installed without a drain trap causing noise. Installed drain trap and checked system. System is cooling with no noises
System had a stuck contactor. Replaced contactor and checked operation. System is cooling. Air temperature is 62 degrees. Return air is 84 degrees
Took photos and got all information for hvaci. Owner was not here to get contact information but gave business card to restaurant manager if owner wants a quote
