I provided an estimate for a customer who wanted to switch from an LP tankless water heater to an electric one. I measured the space and determined the necessary equipment and materials. I provided a detailed estimate that included the cost of the equipment, labor, and any permits or inspections that may be required. The customer agreed to the estimate and scheduled the installation. I arrived on time and completed the installation quickly and efficiently. The customer was happy with the results and thanked me for my work.
I was called to a home to perform a furnace maintenance check. The customer reported that their furnace was not producing heat. I arrived at the home and performed a thorough inspection of the furnace. I found that the blower capacitor was faulty and needed to be replaced. I removed the old capacitor and replaced it with a new one. After replacing the capacitor, I tested the furnace to ensure that it was working properly. The customer was happy with the service and thanked me for my help.
High pressure switch stuck closed. Bypassed switch for cooling and sent in parts request

Arrive, ran unit and AC and checked for a temperature drop, checked amps and ohms on both units, check wiring, check pressures on outside unit, did a radon test
Plumbing maintenance. Asked if there were any plumbing concerns. Customer stated he replaced tank like 3-4 years ago. Checked for any leaks. Drained sediment out of tank. Only concern would be that there is no runoff tube on t&p valve. Let customer know
I scheduled the customer's yearly plumbing maintenance for their Ashville, Ohio home.
Customer stated condenser fan was trying to run but didn’t. Checked mfd on capacitor and it was good. Checked operation of system. Cleaned flame sensor.
This is an estimate to clean out heat exchanger that is plugged up with soot and also to install new blower belt, nozzle and fuel filter. If you agree to have this work done just sign this estimate and we will schedule to have this work done. Thanks, Nate. During repair found cracked heat exchanger.
Found heat exchanger plugged with soot. Also needs new belt. Need two men to pull off front of furnace. Will probably need nozzle and 1a-30 oil filter. Need to send estimate to landlord.
