Ac maintenance. Asked if there were any concerns. Checked condition of furnace filter and evaporator coil. Took reading of blower amp draw. Checked for clean condenser coil outside to ensure proper airflow. Checked electrical on condenser for any burnt or loose wires. Checked mfd readings on capacitor. Made sure refrigerant pressures read correctly.
Called and talked to client David is re sending estimate
No failing parts on the tall electric tank. Customer wants it replaced with a tankless. Also wants radon mitigation installed in the sump pump. Sent estimates over for both. Customer wants to build his own floor mounted rack for the tankless to go on, will need to follow up with customer on dimensions for tankless stand.
No failing parts on the 2019 American standard up flow furnace. Cleaned flame sensor, vacuumed blower & inducer cabinets, amp draws on both motors are in spec along with the ohms on the igniter. Order of operations happened in the proper sequence, and system is operating optimally with a clean filter. Advising a duct cleaning and an ultra violet light to purify the air in the home & extend filter/equipment life.
Warranty: NEED TO RETURN TO REPLACE THE INDUCER MOTOR FOR FURNACE. INDUCER MOTOR IS UNDER WARRANTY. COLLECT PAYMENT FOR LABOR AND SHIPPING WHEN COMPLETE.

Error code for limit switch open. Temps staying at 124 supply. Jumped limit switch and still shutting off. Ohmed rollout stats, they ohm good. Needs new control board
